1. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on Saturday, 8th February 2025 at 8:00 pm and ends on Monday, 31st March 2025 at 1:59 pm NZDT.
  2. How to Enter: Entry is open to any person who purchases a new Entertainment Membership during the Promotion Period via either of the following methods:
  3. Eligibility: Each membership purchased via an eligible method constitutes one entry. Multiple memberships purchased via eligible methods will result in multiple entries. Toy Librarians, Committee Members, and immediate family members of the Grey Lynn Toy Library Committee are not eligible to enter.
  4. Prize: The prize is one 12-month Entertainment Multi City membership, to be awarded to a friend or family member of the winner’s choice. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be resold, auctioned, or given away as part of another promotion or competition.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will take place at Grey Lynn Toy Library on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, between the hours of 9:30 am and 11:30 am.
  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided when purchasing the Entertainment Membership. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and no further draws will be conducted. The winner’s name may be published on the Grey Lynn Toy Library’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
  7. Redemption of Prize: The winner must nominate a friend or family member to receive the Entertainment Membership by providing their name and email address within 5 days of being notified of their win. The Entertainment Membership will be emailed to the nominated recipient and must be activated within the timeframe stated in the email.
  8. Promotion Modification: The Grey Lynn Toy Library reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time.
  9. Additional Promotion Entry: Participation in this promotion includes automatic entry into another promotion run by Entertainment. This is a separate promotion and Grey Lynn Toy Library is not responsible for its administration or fulfilment.   10. Governing Law: This raffle is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
